Before you start
- An iPhone with Sunote installed
- Consent to record the meeting where required
- The decision or follow-up context you want to preserve
A workflow that stays close to the moment.
Record the meeting yourself
Start and stop the recording when you choose. Sunote is a capture tool for an in-person meeting; it does not join a call or record automatically.
Review the transcript
Use the transcript to confirm the decision, context, names, and commitments before asking for a derived result.
Ask for action items
Choose the action-item or summary feature for the selected note content. Sunote shows a consent step before remote AI processing and keeps core note work available if you choose Not Now.
From capture to something you can use.
You get a meeting note that keeps the recording and transcript close to the resulting summary or action items. Treat AI output as a draft: confirm owners, dates, and decisions against the original conversation.
Keep the edges visible.
- The quality of action items depends on audio quality and how clearly the meeting states owners and next steps.
- AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed.
- You are responsible for consent and lawful recording practices.
Know what stays local and when AI is involved.
Notes are stored locally by default. If you choose a remote AI action, the app identifies the feature-specific content and the processing chain before asking for permission.
